1) Bookings made 36 hours prior to the date of check in shall incur the following charges.

2) Non receipt of charges shall be deducted in double from the spending limit of the
IBTC Silver card holder. If the member is a member due to being a holder of a
Titanium credit card or a Diners Club Elite card holder the amount shall have to
be paid at the time of making his booking.

3) Cancellation of bookings 48 hours prior to check in shall entitle the member to
pay a one nights retention charge which will be calculated on the rack rate of the
property. Different cancellation charges apply for different properties. However
the member shall be informed before at the time of booking the cancellation
policy.

4) Certain bookings cannot be cancelled and cancellation of bookings which cannot
be cancelled shall entitle the member to pay an amount of a one night retention
charge which shall be calculated on the rack rate of the property.

5) If a reservation form is received and a booking is made. However if no payment
is received after a booking has been made. The same shall be cancelled the next
day and a cancellation charge of Rs. 100/- per night of booking shall have to be
paid. This shall not apply to bookings received with a credit card number and
expiry date. However the above charge shall apply if the credit card has been
declined.

6) Change the date charges shall apply for change before 36 hrs prior to the
date of checkin. The following charge shall apply.

7) Booking of Car Rentals 48 hours prior to the date of usuage shall
attract a charge of Rs. 250/-
|
8) If a particular booking is made at a particular hotel then if the member
makes another booking at another hotel on the same date, the act shall
attract an amount of Rs. 200/- per night for booking a second property.
The cancellation charge as applicable for one property shall apply.

9) Whenever a particular property offer breakfast as a complimentary
benefit and the same is part of the normal room rate. Then there shall be a
charge of Rs. 500/- charged to the member for the services of breakfast
rendered to the member.

10) HDFC Bank IBTC Blue card holders booking on the IBTC promotion shall
not be able to cancel their booking. Cancellation a promotion booking shall
not entitled then to a refund.
