| How to Reserve a room |

Click on hotel list.

Check which hotel you want to book by going to the country then city and hotel details.

In hotel details the total amount payable shall be given. If you have an Axis bank , HDFC bank or Citibank Diners Elite the amount applicable shall be given under rate description.

After selecting the property you wish to book Click on " Reserve online ". Fill the reserve online form.

After filling the reserve online form and submitting the same IBTC shall get back to you about availibility. If that particular property is not avaialble IBTC shall inform you about which other property is available through email.

After IBTC has got back to you about availibility and you have accepted the same. IBTC shall make a reservation and send you a confirmation after debitting you for the amount on your credit card.

Please note the discounts are given by IBTC and not the hotel therefore the booking has to be made by IBTC. The payment therefore has to be made to IBTC. IBTC shall pay the hotel the charges for the room rent and taxes. You the member shall not have to pay any amount as far as room rent and taxes are concerned at the hotel.

After you receive a confirmation by email take a print out of the same and go to the hotel. At the hotel present your confirmation voucher with your IBTC identity card.
